Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Sofan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation will launch tomorrow the Human Development Report 2005, entitled “International Cooperation at a Crossroads: Aid, Trade and Security in an Unequal World”. The launch will take place at 4:00pm, 17 October 2005, at the Taj Sheba Hotel in Sana’a.
