All the kitchens are fully equipped with full size refrigerator, 4 burner range and stove, premier American appliances, and all utensils. The master bedroom has ocean view, king sized bed, bathroom with tub and separate vanity area. The 2nd bedroom in the 2 BR unit has 2 double beds, and either sea or island view, bathroom with cozumel vacation rentals and separate vanity area. All bedrooms have phones;, in house music, in room safety boxes, and remote control TV. The maximum number of guests in 1 BR unit is 4, and in 2 BR unit the maximum number is 6. These units are rented out by time share owners and are mostly available only Saturday to Saturday, and sometimes for longer stays that encompass Saturday to Saturday
