Our Institute was founded in 1994 and registered as an independent and non-profit non-governmental organization with a role to provide various inputs into public policy formulation and to analyze key issues in international relation and strategic studies.           In this respect, CICP set out to form a mandate for itself that included conducting research, debate forums, directing skills training, disseminating information, and formulating policy recommendations that could be presented to policy makers. So far CICP has published nearly a hundred books, papers and articles
